Established by a technocrat. Built around fabrication discipline.
Siddhi Enterprises is an ISO 9001-2015 certified company established in 2008 by technocrat Mr. Yuvraj Nalwade.
We are a small-scale industry promoted and supported by our management, CTO (Company Technical Officer), and the company's engineering and technical staff.
All boiler pressure parts are fabricated in our own factory with advanced machinery and technology for tube, pipe, section and plate bending, rolling, pressing, drilling and welding. This supports fast delivery of components without affecting quality.
Our stringent quality-control process reflects decades of combined team experience in fabrication and the use of advanced measuring equipment. Inspection is carried out in accordance with IBR, ASME and other international standards.
02 - Experience & Capabilities
Material, bending and welding capability for critical components
Our team carries more than 15 years of experience in fabrication, erection, bending and welding across carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel, special grades and supercritical materials.
We regularly fabricate components using high-alloy steels up to SA213 grades T23, T91, T92 and X20CrMoV121, stainless steel grade TP347H, and materials including Duplex and Inconel.
Our welders are certified by IBR and have hands-on experience welding quality jobs using WPS, WPQ and PQR approved by third-party inspection. The welding team supports selection of an adequate welding procedure and ensures it is followed and documented.
Our bending capability is proven for critical short-radius bends of at least 0.7×OD.

He brings more than 15 years of experience in the fabrication of boiler pressure parts, material handling equipment, cement equipment and sugar industry components — knowledge that shapes how every job leaving our shop floor is planned, welded and checked.

Quality managed through process, procedure and inspection
Our Quality Management System is intended to ensure every component is fabricated to the required production process.
Our stringent quality-control process has been developed from the team's combined fabrication experience and is supported by advanced measuring equipment. Inspection is carried out in accordance with IBR, ASME and other applicable international standards.
We carry out fabrication in accordance with ASME, BS, DIN, VGB, GB, JIS, GOST, ISO, EN and IBR. Welding work uses documented WPS, WPQ and PQR approved by third-party inspection, and IBR-certified welders.
